Slight vibration through a glass shelf
Nothing wrong with the unit, it is quiet on wood. On the glass shelf I first put it on it transmitted a faint buzz through the whole thing. Moved it and the problem vanished entirely, so consider what you stand it on.

Cushions suit medium cases best
A 40mm on leather sits perfectly. My 44 on a steel bracelet fits but bulges the cushion out of shape, and I take it off if it is going to sit there a fortnight. Worth measuring first if your watches are on the larger side.

Light wood reads yellow
Function is fine, no argument, it winds accurately and quietly and I would rate that side of it five. The light wood option arrived a good deal warmer in tone than it appears on screen and next to oak furniture it looks orange. Entirely a finish issue rather than a fault, and the dark would have suited me better.

Multi-axis makes a difference

Count the watches you actually wear in rotation, not the ones you own. One or two in regular use calls for a single or dual winder — anything sitting idle is happier in a box, which needs no motor at all.
One thing owners tell us again and again: buy a size up from where you are today. The most common regret we hear is having to replace the whole thing eighteen months later.

02 Will it fit my watch?
Almost certainly. Our cushions are sized for cases from 36 mm to 46 mm and take leather straps, steel bracelets and thick rubber without anything being forced — which covers the vast majority of automatics in circulation.
If yours is unusually large, or you would simply rather be sure, send us the model before you order. We will tell you straight, including when the answer is no.
03 Why buy here rather than a marketplace?
Because a marketplace listing tells you nothing about what is inside. Ours name the motor, the turns per day and the rated hours — the three things that decide whether a winder is still turning years from now, and the three things a cheap listing never states.
